General
Corporate Accounts - A company account may be
established. We do request a credit card to have on file
for the first order. Invoices go out within three days
after the order is placed. Any bill PAST DUE BY 60 DAYS,
or more, will be placed on the credit card and will
incur a $25 late fee.
Personal orders require payment by credit card. We
accept Visa and MasterCard.
Due to availability and seasonal temperature
fluctuation, Rose Hill Gift Baskets reserves the right
to substitute products of equal or greater value when
necessary.
Customized, foiled and logo chocolate prices are subject
to change without notice.
Shipping & Delivery
Basket orders placed for local delivery by 10:00 a.m.
will be delivered or shipped the same business day. Any
orders placed after 10:00 a.m. will be delivered or
shipped the next business day, unless a future delivery
date is arranged. Same day delivery is available after
10:00 a.m.; however, a rush delivery fee may be
incurred. Hours of operation are Monday - Friday 9-5 PM,
EST. We are closed on the weekends.
Shipping delays may be incurred during various holidays
as well as for multiple orders. We will contact you via
email or phone if we foresee any shipping delays with
your order.
Residential deliveries will be made Monday through
Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Deliveries start
at $6.50. This fee covers the North Canton area.
Outlying areas of Akron may incur a $15 - $20 fee. Rush
deliveries start at $15.00. Residential deliveries made
when no one is available to receive the delivery will be
left with a neighbor, if possible, and a door tag will
be left with notification of delivery and location.
Re-delivery attempts or re-routed deliveries to
corrected addresses: When no one is available to receive
the packages, a second delivery attempt is made. You
will be charged accordingly. In addition, you will also
be charged if the second delivery charge is due to an
incorrect address.
Commercial deliveries will be made Monday through Friday
between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Fees are the same as the
residential fees outlined above.
Special timed deliveries will be quoted upon request.
Our preferred carrier is UPS. Most packages arrive at
their destination in 1-5 business days. Deliveries to
Ohio commercial locations is usually the next day after
the gift is shipped. Parcels range from $9.95 to $16.50
for regular ground service. All other requests for 3 -
Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air, will be quoted
upon request. Penalty fees for incorrect addresses will
be charged. Please allow the appropriate amount of time
for the delivery of your order. We
cannot guarantee transit times with any carriers.
If your order is damaged, please notify us immediately,
and well will gladly replace or refund your money.
Original packing carton and contents are necessary for
us to process the damage claim.
